Clinton, Princess Di and Wiretaps
The UFT's Kombiz Lavasany is going to love this one: His favorite blogger, Mickey Kaus, is floating a school choice angle for the developing story overseas that Clinton-era U.S. spies were secretly bugging Princess Diana over her relationship with billionaire Ted Forstmann, who used to pump a lot of cash to school choice causes. While some media outlets are reporting we were snooping on her because of her campaign against land mines, Kaus (jokingly) suspects the National Education Association had something to do with it.
