Valley Girl Charter Organizing

At Edwize, Leo Casey goes all Valley Girl again, explaining his stance on collective bargaining and charter schools. It's all fairly mainstream (at least from my perspective,) but just remember that what Leo is talking about doesn't match what Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver was talking about. Silver was talking about muffling teacher voice and requiring all new charter schools to be unionized, even if it goes against the wishes of the educators in those classrooms.
