Anna Nicole, Spitzer and the Legislature

Puerile, tabloid prose alert: Lots of people are wondering whether the untimely death of busty bombshell Anna Nicole Smith will impact this year's state budget negotiations. How will Gov. Spitzer and the newly-reformed Legislature be able to negotiate with this hanging over them and get the budget done on time?

I don't have an answer to that question.

Also unclear is whether this will be a factor.
