"Unfortunate Mishap"
You know that new Dunkin Donuts commercial where the people keep making the international quotation sign with their fingers whenever they say the word "coffee"??? When I read this story about the poor little Albany-area girl whose bus driver dropped her off 2-miles from her home in the pouring rain, and saw how Berne-Knox-Westerlo Superintendent Steven Shrade described it, I had to wonder if he was flashing the quote sign himself.
