KIPP Partnership Debate

Over at the Charter Blog, Andy Smarick and Nelson Smith are debating whether or not it is a good thing that a KIPP school in Washington, DC will now be partnering with a district elementary school to try to make the underperforming school less crappy. The Chalkboard is siding with Smith on this one. If that makes me a wishy-washy liberal, so be it.
