Holy Response, Batman!

The folks at Niagara Charter School are finding out what the United Federation of Teachers and many other charter operators have found from the get-go: parents are very interested in sending their kids to a school with an eye on quality. Three months before it opens, the charter school is seeking permission from the state to take on 24 more Kindergarten students. But even that won't take care of all 70 students on the Kindergarten waiting list.
