Pay Raise For Legislature?
Over at The Charter Blog, Andy Smarick, has a few thoughts about reports that are suddenly swirling that Assembly Speaker Sheldon Silver (D-NYSUT) is willing to consider lifting the cap on charter schools in exchange for a pay raise for him and his elected colleagues.
