Back To Ohio

Over at the Charter Blog, Andy Smarick is following a long series in the Cleveland Plain Dealer about charter schools there. He offers up a theory about the behind-the-scenes newsroom dynamic that is at play with the series. He could be right. To me, it seems like the whole idea is to trash the for-profit charter operator White Hat Management as many times as possible over the course of a series. They seem to inject anti-White Hat stuff into every story, whether it is about White Hat or not.
