Albany Rowdies Update

The Albany school board, responding to rampant reports that its high school classes were running out of control due to crime and discipline issues, is dealing with it by using a risky and unproven experiment that will drain badly-needed funds from the public schools that need them.

Good for the board! Disruptive kids will be sent to the University at Albany to take classes at an Adult Learning Center. Seems to be better for everyone involved - both the disrupters and the disrupted.

The end of public education?
