RIP: Jill Chaifetz
It's hard to have been involved in any important education issue in NYC without spending time with Jill Chaifetz, who sadly passed away today after battling Ovarian cancer. What a tremendous loss. Read her obit on the Advocates For Children website. She died way too young, but the line of kids who were helped by her efforts could easily circle Manhattan.
