It's Groundhog Day!
So NYSUT trashes charter schools, saying we don't know yet whether they are working. Feels like this day keeps happening over and over again. Don't expect NYSUT to ever be satisfied, but also don't let them stop proposals for high-quality charter schools from seeing the light of day. New York's kids deserve better.
